Listed below are a few of the rules of conduct on the PATH System. A complete listing of the Rules and Regulations can be found at the link below.

Eating, drinking or smoking are not allowed in our facilities

Customers with Animals
Service animals for customers with disabilities and small domestic animals in secure carrying cases are permitted.

No other animals are allowed.

Customers with Bicycles
You may not enter a PATH station with a bicycle on weekdays between 6:30 am and 9:30 am and between 3:30 pm and 6:30 pm. No more than two bicycles are permitted on a PATH car and bicycles are not permitted in the first railcar of a train.

Please note that you may not ride or use skateboards, in-line skates, rollerskates or scooters on PATH stations, on platforms or while in a train.
