For the convenience of bus travelers, ticket plazas, information booths and windows, waiting areas, ATM's, restrooms, restaurants, and other consumer
services are located throughout the building. There is also an operations control center with a closed-circuit television system that operates around the clock.

Accessibility
New audio and visual paging systems help travelers locate companions waiting for them in the Bus Terminal. Dial "54" on any in-house telephone for free Wheelchair
Escort Services. Restaurants and restrooms are accessible. Click here for additional information.
Baggage Storage
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey does not provide baggage storage facilities at the Bus Terminal.
Bus Information
To obtain bus information, call 212-564-8484, our automated, voice-activated information number. You may also call your bus carrier directly.
Lost and Found
For items thought to be lost inside the Port Authority Bus Terminal, call (212) 502-2200. When your call is answered by the automated attendant, say "Information." This will
transfer your call to the Port Authority Locator. There, you may press "2" to be transferred to the Port Authority Bus Terminal's Lost and Found Division. For items left on a bus,
call the bus carrier directly.
Parking
Parking for over 1,000 cars is available in a three-story superstructure above the terminal roof at reasonable rates.
Port Authority Police & Security
For emergency police assistance, dial "50" on any in-house telephone. Our closed-circuit television security system operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For more information,

Red Cap Services
The Port Authority provides free Red Cap service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For Red Cap service, dial "55" on any in-house telephone.
Taxis
The Port Authority provides free taxi dispatch service between 6:30 am - 10:45 am and 5:00 pm - 10:15 pm, Monday through Friday. This dispatch booth is located directly outside the Eighth Avenue entrance to the South Wing of the terminal.
